I understand that Hilton Inn ownes Hampton Inns. Do you know anyone who works in Human Resources for one of these companies? If so, I need an e-mail address...so I can file a complaint. I tried looking it up, but I only got one short reply, and that person never answered back again. Any ideas? If you can't get a good contact with the HR department or customer service. A good way to get their attention is to contact the area chamber of commerce and your local Better Business Bureau. This usually wakes them up and causes them to realize that not everyone wil just fade away in the darkness. Good luck.Hilton/Hampton Inn Hotels....?
Try writing a letter on paper and mailing it. It will have much more effect than an e-mail, which takes almost no effort.
