In Virginia Beach, I know that the Cape Resorts Hotel has rooms with a jacuzzi. http://www.capeshotel.com/ This is a very nice hotel. :-)

In Norfolk, I have heard about (but never been to) an inn that has a ';bathe suite'; with a jacuzzi that looks almost as large as a miniature pool. I have always wanted to try this place. It looks wonderful.
